Science plays an important role in our daily lives, albeit one that we often take for granted. In the College of Kotibarsha Institute of Technology and Management at Buniadpur, Dakshin Dinajpur under West Bengal University of Technology, our challenge is to understand the extraordinary in the everyday, then use that knowledge to go beyond the norm and improve our quality of life—one day and one discovery at a time.
After entering "KITM", the students go through MDC(Managerial Diagnostic Centre). At MDC one is analyzed on personality traits, attitudes, skills, ideologies and mindsets. During the course of their studies "KITM" endeavors to make the students result oriented, value drivers, initiative takers, team players, diligent, truthful and powerful professional with commitment to the society and the country at large.
This is achieved through workshops, brain teasing exercises, counseling and other scientifically designed tools. The environment and culture of a Professionals College ensures that students work with a single objective of developing their career, resulting in a positive attitude, orientation of sincerity and development and an aptitude of excellence in the life.
