Secure fees

Pay admission, tuition, or other institute fees online using the methods approved by KITM. Always retain your transaction reference and receipt.

Pay only through official channels. KITM will never ask for OTPs or passwords over phone. For payment assistance, call +91 9002318455.

What you can pay online

Application / registration fees (as notified for Session 2026–27)
Admission confirmation and instalment fees where applicable
Examination or other administrative charges when announced by the office

How to pay

Confirm the exact fee amount and student details with the admission or accounts office.
Use the payment link or QR code shared officially by KITM (campus notice, SMS, or email from institute domain).
Complete payment via UPI, net banking, debit/credit card, or other enabled modes.
Save the success screenshot and transaction ID; email or submit a copy to the admission desk if requested.
Collect an official fee receipt from the office after verification—online confirmation alone may not replace the institute receipt where required.

Troubleshooting

If amount is debited but status shows failed, do not pay again immediately. Note the transaction ID and contact the admission office with your bank statement. Refunds, if applicable, follow institute and bank timelines.
