Admission Procedure

Session 2026–2030

Follow these steps to apply for undergraduate programmes at Kotibarsha Institute of Technology & Management, Buniadpur.

Online & Offline Admission Procedure

Online Application (Form Fill-up)
  1. Notice check — Read the admission notice and programme eligibility for session 2026–2030.
  2. Form fill-up — Open the admission portal: Click Here and fill the online application.
  3. Upload documents — Submit required documents as requested in the portal.
  4. Payment — Pay using the online payment method available via: online payment.
  5. Admission/Registration number — After successful submission and admin confirmation, you will be informed with your admission/registration number (as notified).
  6. Admit card download — After admin issue/verification, check: admit card page for release notice and download steps.
  7. After exam result — Check your semester results on: result page when announced.

  1. Notice check — Confirm eligibility and required documents for session 2026–2030.
  2. Download / collect form — Obtain the admission form from campus or download the admission form.
  3. Form fill-up — Fill the form carefully and attach all required documents (as applicable).
  4. Submission — Submit the form and documents at the admission office for verification.
  5. Payment — Pay application/admission fees as instructed by the office (counter payment where applicable; online alternatives via online payment).
  6. Admission/Registration number — After verification and admin confirmation, collect your admission/registration number and next instructions from the office.
  7. Admit card & results — Download admit card from admit card, then check results on result.

  • Provisional admission may be granted pending final board results; originals must be submitted within the notified deadline.
