Admission Procedure

B.C.A: Any Student who has passed 10+2 examination with English / Functional English (in CBSE) is Eligible for Admission.

BBA: Any Student who has passed 10+2 examination with English / Functional English (in CBSE) is Eligible for Admission.

BBM in HM: Any Student who has passed 10+2 examination with English / Functional English (in CBSE) is Eligible for Admission.

B.Sc. in HHA: Any Student who has passed 10+2 examination with English / Functional English (in CBSE) is Eligible for Admission.

Selection Procedure

To maintain high academic standard, the Institute gives due importance to the quality of students enrolled. To ensure this, the selection of individual student will undergo the following procedure:

 Personal interview or

 Creening and selection of students based on merit.

For session 2019-20 , admission in the first degree programmes / courses will be done on the following basis

Admission for 70 % of the approved intake ( from MAKAUT - Govt of West Bengal & UGC ) in each of these courses will be reserved for the students of West Bengal ( Passing from Schools in West Bengal from WBCHSE , CBSE, CISCE & WBSCVET Boards Only ) on the basis of Merit.

Merit List prepration Procedure

The marks obtained in 10+2 examinations will be considered and the following criteria will be used in sequence as required

 Total of marks obtained in English / Functional English and Best three main Subjects.

 Total of marks Obtained in Best Two main Subjects.


 Total marks Obtained in Best Three main subjects.

 Marks Obtained in the best main Subject.

 Alphabetical order of the candidate’s Name.
